SwissTransfer is Infomaniak’s service for sending files up to 50 GB. You can choose a retention period and limit the number of downloads. Recipients can download files individually or together as a ZIP archive; archives above 10 GB require individual file downloads.
Retention rules depend on your account. For a 30-day transfer without the relevant account, an extension email arrives on day 12 and must be used within three days to avoid deletion after day 15. kSuite Enterprise allows up to 60 days. Expired links cannot be restored or extended; keep your own copy.
